Introducing White-Label Overlays: Your Brand, Your Broadcast

Tournament organisers can now fully customise overlays with their own logos, colours, and sponsor branding — making SportsHeroes completely invisible to viewers.

When viewers watch your tournament on YouTube, the scoreboard should look like your tournament, not like the software behind it. White-label overlays let you put your own identity on every graphic SportsHeroes draws on your stream.

What you can customise

  • Colours: set the overlay colours to match your tournament or club.
  • Your logo: upload it once and it appears on the scoreboard graphics.
  • Sponsor logos: give the brands that fund your tournament visible space on the broadcast.
  • Your own domain for overlay links, so the URLs you paste into OBS or vMix carry your name.

Why it matters for organisers

Sponsors pay for visibility. A broadcast that carries their logo on the live score, ball after ball, is a stronger offer than a banner at the boundary that the camera rarely shows. A branded stream also makes a local league look established, which helps when you approach the next sponsor or invite more teams.

Which plans include it

White-label branding is part of the Monthly (₹2,499 for 30 tickets), Quarterly (₹6,999 for 100 tickets) and Yearly (₹14,499 for 200 tickets) plans. Tickets never expire: one ticket activates one tournament for 24 hours. The ₹100 Day Pass removes the watermark but does not include white-label branding.

Setting it up

  1. Choose a Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly plan from the billing page in your dashboard.
  2. Add your colours, logo and sponsor logos to your tournament.
  3. Copy the overlay link for your match and add it to OBS or vMix as a browser source.
  4. Score as normal: every graphic now carries your branding.
