1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SportsHeroes ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including tournament organisers, scorers, viewers, and any other visitors.
2. Description of Service
SportsHeroes provides a live cricket scoring and broadcasting platform that enables tournament organisers to score matches in real-time, generate professional overlays for live streams (OBS, vMix, or any streaming software), manage tournaments and teams, and offer white-label branding capabilities. The service is accessible via web browsers and mobile devices.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its related systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform; (d) upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code; (e) use the Platform to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (f) use automated systems to access the Platform without our prior written consent.
5. Subscription Plans & Payments
SportsHeroes offers multiple subscription tiers including free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed on a per-day, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis as described on our Pricing page. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior notice to active subscribers. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, code, graphics, overlays, and content, is owned by SportsHeroes and protected by intellectual property laws. Your tournament data, team logos, and branding assets remain your property. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and process it for the purposes of providing the service.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data as described in that policy. Match data and statistics generated through the Platform may be used in anonymised, aggregated form for analytics and product improvement.
8. Limitation of Liability
SportsHeroes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. In no event shall SportsHeroes be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
