Sign in to your dashboard, click "New Tournament", enter the tournament name, format (league or knockout), number of teams, and overs per innings. Add teams and players, and you're ready to start scoring.

SportsHeroes works on any device with a modern web browser — smartphones, tablets, laptops, or desktops. The scoring interface is optimised for mobile phones so you can score from the ground.

The scoring interface works offline and auto-syncs when you reconnect. However, live overlays and real-time viewer features require an active internet connection.

Starter supports 1 scorer. Day Pass and ticket-bundle plans support multiple scorers (typically up to 3). For higher concurrency, contact support.

In your match dashboard, click "Overlay Links". Copy the URL for the overlay you want (ICC Ticker, Scorecard, etc.). In OBS, add a new Browser Source, paste the URL, set width to 1920 and height to 1080. The overlay updates automatically as you score.

SportsHeroes overlays work with any software that supports Browser Sources — OBS Studio, Streamlabs, vMix, XSplit, and more. They also work directly in a browser for simple screen-sharing setups.

Yes! Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly plans include full white-label customisation. You can set your own colours, upload your logo, add sponsor logos, and even use a custom domain for overlay URLs.

The Day Pass gives you 24 hours of unlimited access — unlimited matches, no watermark, 3 scorers, and all overlay themes. Perfect for single-day tournaments. Buy it the morning of your tournament.

These are ticket bundles. Tickets are non-expiring and are consumed only when you activate a tournament day pass (1 ticket for 24 hours on one tournament).

First, check your internet connection. Then try refreshing the browser source in OBS. If the issue persists, clear the browser source cache in OBS (right-click → Properties → tick "Refresh browser when scene becomes active"). Contact support if it still doesn't work.

Yes, all match data is automatically backed up in real-time to our secure cloud infrastructure. You'll never lose scoring data, even if your device disconnects.

Yearly Plan users can export full tournament data in CSV and PDF formats. This includes match results, player statistics, and scoring details.
